The merchant account page lets you manage and view every detail about your merchant account(s), gateways and terminals. In the case you have an issue regarding a particular terminal or gateway you can view its user guide, otherwise, simply report the issue to us.

Navigation

The merchant account page can be found be navigating to My Account and then click on Merchant Account, then Merchant Account should be the landing page. (My Account → Merchant Account).
