Overview

A Blink page is a public web page where your customers can pay you via secure card payments, Open Banking or Direct Debit. You can send the link to anyone, who can then pay you straight away, or you can even send your customers your blink pages' unique QR code for them to scan with their smartphone camera. You can request us for a new blink are able to have multiple Blink Pages, for additional, these can be requested on the 'My Blink Pages page. You also have the option to edit your Blink pages within our customiser page.

Navigation

You can access this page by navigating to Customer Centre on the navbar then underneath it select My Blink Pages.

How does it work?

Firstly, you can send to us a request for a new Blink page by clicking on Request A Blink Page, which opens up a pop-up window for you to confirm this request. You can find listed all your Blink pages with their MID and a preview of their logo on the left of each panel. Underneath the name of the Blink page you can find its URL and next to it is a ‘copy URL’ icon, when clicked, it copies the URL to your clipboard - you are now ready to paste it where ever you wish and can now send it to your customers. You can send to your customers the QR code for your Blink page by clicking on Get QR Code which then presents to you your QR code underneath, you then have the option to download it or scan it yourself. You can easily view your Blink page by clicking on Open In New Tab. If you wish to customise your Blink page then simply click on Edit Page - this will direct you to the Customiser pageThe My Blink Pages page allows you to view all of your current active Blink Pages on your account. From this page, you can view the Blink Page QR code which can be scanned by customers to access the page, as well as the option to view the page in a new tab to preview what the live page looks like. You also have the ability to customise the Blink page to look how you wish, as well as configure which fields should be completed by customers when completing transactions. This can be accessed by selecting ‘Edit Page’ for the Blink page you wish to customise.

Requesting a new Blink Page can be done by selecting the Request button on the top right of the My Blink Pages page. This will then prompt a confirmation, which once accepted will send a request to us and we will be in contact once the page is completed.
