Overview

The merchant account page lets you view essential details regarding your merchant account(s), such as its MID, Acquirer, and the address, contact details that we have on record for each MID.

Navigation

The merchant account page can be accessed by navigating to My Account and then click clicking on Merchant Account, then within the My Merchant Accounts should be the landing page. Alternatively, you can click on the settings icon on the top right of your portal which will direct you to the My Account dashboard, then click on the Merchant Account paneltab.
