Overview

The My User Profile page lets you manage essential information regarding the user(s) on your Blink portalPortal, such as their email, user name, contact details, and the ability to change your password.

Navigation

You can find access this page by navigating to My Accounts on the navbar then using the drop-down list click on left-hand navigation bar by selecting User Preferences, and then you are presented with the landing page, My User Profile. This page can be quickly accessed by clicking on the profile icon on the top right of your portal then using the drop-down list clicking on My User Profile. Alternatively, you can click on the settings icon on the top right of your portal which will direct you to the My Account dashboard, then click on the User Preferences panel. you will land on My User Profile.

How does it work?

The set of fields on the left of the page allows you to change your user email (this email is required for logging in and Under My User Profile, you can change your login details, User Email (also used to receive emails regarding payments and more), user nameUser Name, Contact Number and contact number. The set of fields on the right of the page is entirely dedicated to changing your password - this being the password you use to log in to your Blink portalPassword.

Make sure to click on confirm changes.
