Transactions the gateway has received and are still being processed

If Received shows in red, it is a failed, abandoned transaction and no funds will be taken. This is most likely due to the customer not completing the 3ds checks.

Transactions the acquirer has approved authorisation but are not ready to be sent for settlement

Transactions the acquirer has referred for manual authorisation

Transactions the acquirer has declined authorization

Transactions where the acquirer has approved authorization, but the authorisation was immediately reversed so as to not hold the cardholder's funds

Transactions the acquirer has approved and are ready to be sent for settlement

Transactions the acquirer has requested to settle and the gateway is awaiting the outcome of said request

Transactions the acquirer have accepted to settle

Transactions the acquirer has been unable to settle due to a temporary problem. The gateway will automatically retry these, 4 times, once every 24-hour cycle.

Transactions which have been rejected by the acquirer

Transactions the acquirer has approved but were subsequently cancelled before being sent for settlement

Transactions that have finished before reaching one of the other states, due to being invalid or incomplete
