Adding your Blink Page page to a Xero Invoice invoice

Blink

Navigate to the My Blink Pages pages page under in the Customer Centre section. Choose which Blink Page centre section and choose the Blink page you want to link to Xero and copy . Copy the URL. Click on edit Edit page to navigate to access the Customiser.

Add Blink to an invoice template.

Sign in to your Xero account on a separate tab and , click on your organisation name, select Settings, and then click Payment services.

Select Additional Payment Services payment services - Add Other other and click on Custom Payment payment URL. A pop-up will show up where you can fill in Blink Page page details. You can find your Blink Page page details on the Blink platform.

Click on Additional Payment Services payment services - Add Other other and on Custom Payment payment URL.

Fill in the below pop-up.

Automatically pre-populate fields

To pre-populate , the fields on the Blink Page page make sure the URL Descriptors descriptors on Blink match the ones on Xero.

To pre-populate , the fields on your Blink Pagepage, navigate on Blink to the Customiser Page page under the Customer Centre centre section. Click on Modify Fields fields to make sure ensure the URL Descriptor fields field names match the exact names used in Xero. Choose which items you want to showcase on the Blink Page page make sure you click on Save changes and update.

In Xero within the Add custom URL Connection connection (click on show details, under Your custom URL for an example) fill in the link of the Blink Page page and add the required details as per the below instructions:

Once filled in, you will be able to can find Blink under your connected payment services. Click on manage themes and select Blink under the Credit Card option and click save.

Under connected payment services, you can select Blink to be used for each branding theme and click save.

Add Blink to your invoice.

Once you have added Blink as your standard payment service, it will be automatically applied to invoices using the template.

Fill in your invoice as required, and send it off.

Once added, Xero will automatically add a Pay Now now button on the online invoice. You can then email the invoice to the customer who uses this button to pay you via the payment service. They don’t need to have a an Xero login to do this.

In classic invoicing, you can do this from an approved invoice or a repeating invoice template. In new invoicing, do this from a draft or approved template.

Once clicked on Pay Nownow the customer will be linked to the online invoice, ; clicking once more on Pay Now now will take them to the relevant Blink Page.

Within Blink, you will be able to can view the payments within the relevant payment methods under Reporting.
