Overview
This feature allows a customer enables customers to directly contact you about a specific payment directly payments from the payment Blink page (Blink Page or Request A Payment) itselfa payment page.
Navigation
To enable Customer Contact, navigate to Customer Centre and then select Customer Contact in the sub-headingsYou can enable the customer contact feature by visiting the Customer contact page located under the Customer centre section in the left-hand side navigation menu.
Set-up
Once you select After selecting the relevant Merchant ID and toggle Turn on Customer Contact, a button will appear on your Blink Page and any Request A Payment PayLink you send. The customer will now be able to reach you at the email address you designate.This option can be turned on or off by toggling , you can turn on the Customer contact feature. This will enable a button on both your Blink page and any payment link that you send. Your designated email address is now available for customer communication.
To turn this feature on or off, simply toggle the Turn on Customer Contact button.
