To track a PayLink, select Requested Payments Select Requested payments under the Payments tab or the Request a Payment payment button on the dashboard.
How does it work?
This page displays all
PayLink'spayment links that have been created
. Showing the, showing the created date/time, customer's name, email/phone number, reference, amount,
date/time, payment method and status of each one.Locate the desired PayLink using the filters availablepayment method, payment type, reminder, which MID was used to request the payment and status.
You can use the available filters to find the payment link you want.
Date - This is the date and time of the
payment link’s creation, not the actual payment
Select Search - Select from Customer Name, Customer Email, Customer Mobile, Reference or Amount, and enter the desired text/number in the following field.

Status - This is the status of the payment from the customer.
Paid - The customer has processed the transaction on the payment page.
Unpaid -
The payment link has been sent but not paid.
Cancelled -
The payment link has been cancelled
, meaning the payment page will no longer exist.
Resent - You have resent the payment.
Payment attempted - The customer
attempted to make a payment, but the
transaction did not go through.
Expired - The payment link was not completed before the expiry date, and is now expired and unable for use.
Select merchant name/ID - Filter the payment links based on the Merchant ID (blink page) they were created under.
User - Filters the payment links created by different users.
Payment method - This displays the payment method (open banking, card or Direct Debit) that your customer used to pay you.
Payment type- This displays the type of payment that this payment link has (e.g. Sale, Preauth, Verify, Repeat payment)
Select Search - Select the desired field and enter text/number for Customer Name, Email, Customer Mobile, Reference or Amount.
Action buttons
Each payment link has action button(s):
If the customer has processed the transaction, you will see a “View transactions” button.
This will take you to the Transaction
history page to view the transaction and status.
If the payment type was “Repeat payment”, an additional button named “View schedule” is displayed. This will take you to the Manage repeat payments page to view the actual
schedule that was created and its
progress.
If the
transaction has not been processed
, you will see
"Resend" and "Cancel" buttons .
Resend -
Opens a popup displaying the link
to the payment page, and the ability to resend the payment request to the previous Email/Phone number entered or send it to new ones.
Cancel - This cancels the
payment link request. The payment page will no longer exist.

Additional details
Select a PayLink to expand it. This displays a breakdown of the PayLink's status, including when it was initially generated or sent if the link has been opened yet, if the link was resent and if it has had a transaction processedEditing email/number of payment link
When resending a payment link, the customer can amend the email or mobile number originally used.
In addition to resending the payment link, this will also update the customer email on the payment link.

Editing reminders on a payment link
Reminders can also be changed or turned off.
If a payment link has a reminder active, there will be a clock symbol at the end of the line.
Click the clock symbol to switch off or change the frequency of the reminder.
Additional details
To view more details about a payment link, simply select it and it will expand to show you further details. This includes information such as when the payment link was created, when it was sent, whether the recipient has opened the link and if the link has been resent. It also displays the |
user who created the |
payment link, and (if there was one) the added note. |
