Overview

The On the Manage Direct Debit page allows , you to can view and manage your existing current Direct Debit customers. You can also Additionally, you have the option to add new customers, delete customers, existing ones, make a new subscription payment, and create new one-off payments for an existing customer and make a new subscription payment. ‘Viewing’ a customer will bring up all the information relevant your current customers. By clicking on a customer, you can access all the relevant information related to that specific customer and allow , allowing you to manage their mandates and individual payments.

In order to utilise Direct Debit in Blink, you must link a GoCardless account. You can connect either link your existing current GoCardless account or create a new account through one via the Transaction page. How does it work?

Each active and inactive customer that has been added can be viewed in the table. The status heading will either display ‘Active’ or ‘Inactive’their status. This depends on whether they have a live-running mandate. You can also see the customer's name, email and the creation date for each customer on the table.
