lets customers directly contact you about
specific
payments from the
A button will appear on your blink page as well as on any PayLink you send. The customer can fill in their query and it will be sent to the email address that you designate below.
This option can be turned on or off at any time.
Navigation
To enable Customer Contact, navigate to Customer Centre and then select Customer Contact in the sub-headings. It can also be navigated to by going to My Blink Pages and then selecting the Customer Contact tabBlink or Request a payment page.

You can enable the customer contact feature by visiting the Customer contact page located under the Customer centre section in the left-hand side navigation menu.
Set-up
After selecting the relevant Merchant ID, you can turn on the Customer contact feature. This will enable a button on both your Blink page and any payment link that you send. Your designated email address is now available for customer communication.
To turn this feature on or off, simply toggle the Turn on Customer Contact button.
