In the case you have an issue regarding a particular terminal or gateway you can view its user guide, otherwise, simply report the issue to usWithin the gateways & terminals section, you can view all the gateways and terminals linked to your merchant account(s).

Navigation

Access the Gateways & Terminals tab by clicking on Merchant account under Payment operations in the left-hand navigation, then selecting the Gateways & Terminals tab.

How does it work?

Using You can use the merchant filter found located at the top of the field you can select which merchant account’s gateways and terminals you want to see. There are two separate fields for gateways and terminals. Under the gateways field page to select specific merchant accounts or view all accounts. This will display the related gateways and terminals in two distinct sections.

The terminal section provides details such as the terminal name, its type, and the TID number. Next to each terminal name, there is an "info" button that you can click to access the user guide for that particular terminal.

On the gateways section, you can find the name and logo of the gateway(s) in use.

To report a fault for a terminal or gateway, look for the report fault button located on the far right of each field. When you click on this button, a pop-up text box will appear. You can use this box to explain the issue you are experiencing with the specific terminal or gateway. Once we receive the fault report, our support team will get in touch with you to assist you further.
