You Within the gateways & terminals section, you can view all the gateways and terminals linked to your merchant account(s) In the case you have an issue regarding a particular terminal or gateway you can view its user guide, otherwise, simply report the issue to us.

Navigation

This page can be accessed Access the Gateways & Terminals tab by clicking on Merchant Account under My Account on the navbar. Once you are on the landing page, My Merchant Accounts, simply use the sub-tab above the My Merchant Accounts field and click on Gateways & Terminals. Alternatively, you can click on the settings icon on the top right of your portal which will direct you to the My Account dashboard, then click on the Merchant Account panel, then using the sub-tab click on Gateways & Terminalsaccount under Payment operations in the left-hand navigation, then selecting the Gateways & Terminals tab.

How does it work?

Using You can use the merchant filter found located at the top of the field you can select all or certain merchant accounts - which will then display the gateways and terminals linked to them. There are two separate fields for gateways and terminals. The terminals field displays information such as terminal type, name of the terminal, and TID. Next to the name of each terminal is a button labeled Info which directs you to page to select specific merchant accounts or view all accounts. This will display the related gateways and terminals in two distinct sections.

The terminal section provides details such as the terminal name, its type, and the TID number. Next to each terminal name, there is an "info" button that you can click to access the user guide for that specific particular terminal.

On the gateways section, you can find the name and logo of the gateway(s) in use.

To report a fault for a terminal or gateway, look for the report fault button located on the far right of each field for terminals and gateways is a Report Fault button that displays . When you click on this button, a pop-up text box for you box will appear. You can use this box to explain to us the issue you are experiencing with that the specific terminal /or gateway. On the Gateways field, you can find the name and logo of the gateway(s) in useOnce we receive the fault report, our support team will get in touch with you to assist you further.
