Overview
Users with the user level Supervisor and Lead can add new users and amend their user levels (permissions) within the User Preferences page. Below you will find an overview of the different user levels.
Navigation
You can access this page by navigating to Payment Operations on the left-hand navigation bar by selecting User Preferences; you will land on My User Profile and click on Users to amend the correct page.

Differences between Blink3Sixty and Blink 2.0
We updated some of the individual user levels when we launched Blink 2.0. You can find an overview of the changes below.
Lead: has full access to the entire platform.
Supervisor: has access to everything other than billing details.
Accounts: has access to Payments, Reporting, and account details.
Support: has access to Payments (except for batch payments), Reporting, and account details.
Payment Tier 1: has access to Payments (except for batch payments) and rerun, refund and repeat transactions.
Payment Tier 2: has access to Payments (except for batch payments), cannot perform any other actions, but see recent transactions.
MID Restriction
You can now restrict your sub-users to one or multiple MIDs. They will only be able to take payments specific to MIDs.
