Overview
Within the Requested Payments tab, you will be able to track your PayLink's. This means you can see if and how the customer has interacted with a PayLink and cancel or resend the link.
Navigation
To track a PayLink, select Requested Payments under the Payments tab or the Request a Payment button.
How does it work?
This page displays all PayLink's that have been created. Showing the customer's name, email/phone number, reference, amount, date/time, payment method and status of each one.
Locate the desired PayLink using the filters available.
Date - This is the date and time of the PayLink’s creation, not the actual payment.
Select Search - Select from Customer Name, Customer Email, Customer Mobile, Reference or Amount, and enter the desired text/number in the following field.
User - Filters the PayLink's created by different Users.
Status - This is the status of the payment from the customer.
Paid - The customer has processed the transaction on the payment page.
Unpaid - PayLink has been sent but not paid.
Cancelled - PayLink has been cancelled. The payment page will no longer exist.
Resent - You have resent the payment.
Payment attempted - The customer has tried to pay, but the payment did not go through.
Each PayLink has an action button:
If the customer has processed the transaction, you will see a “View transactions” button. This will take you to the Transaction History page to view the actual transaction and its status.
If the customer has not processed the transaction - you will see a ”Resend button” and a “Cancel” button.
Resend - Displays the link of the payment page and the ability to resend the payment request to the previous Email/Phone number entered or send it to new ones.
Cancel - This cancels the PayLink request. The payment page will no longer exist.

Select a PayLink to expand it. This displays a breakdown of the PayLink's status, including when it was initially generated or sent if the link has been opened yet, if the link was resent and if it has had a transaction processed.
It also displays the User who created the PayLink, and (if there was one) the added note.
