Where can I do Re-Run’s? |
Within the Blink 2.0 platform, you will find the Re-Run card facility on the Online Card Transaction Tab; you can see this within the Reporting section on the left-hand side navigation bar. Once you click on the action button at the relevant transaction, you can action a Re-Run. |
How can I filter on customer’s name’s on the Online Card Transactions tab |
You can add the filter by customer name by clicking on Advanced Filters à Select Search Field à select Customer Name and fill in the search terms à click on Apply Filter will allow you to add this filter to your view.
Once a filter has been added, the Clear Filter button highlights that there is currently a filter in place: |
