Change of address

If you change your address, you must inform Blink and your acquiring bank. We will guide you through the necessary steps.

AIB Requirements

  • Proof of (new) address document dated within the past 3 months.

  • An email from yourself with the change of address request, include your merchant ID and trading name in the email's subject; please detail the request in the body of the email.

'Please change the address on the account for merchant ID 01000000, as soon as possible. Please find the proof of address attached.

Elavon Requirements

  • Proof of (new) address document dated within the past 3 months.

  • Please confirm in writing if this change is for:

    • Head office address

    • Trading address

    • Chargeback address
