Overview
This feature allows a customer to contact you about a specific payment directly from the payment page itself.
A button will appear on your blink page as well as on any PayLink you send. The customer can fill in their query and it will be sent to the email address that you designate below.
This option can be turned on or off at any time.
Navigation
To enable Customer Contact, navigate to Customer Centre and then select Customer Contact in the sub-headings. It can also be navigated to by going to My Blink Pages and then selecting the Customer Contact tab.
