Overview
This feature allows a customer to contact you about a specific payment directly from the payment page (Blink Page or Request A Payment) itself.
Navigation
To enable Customer Contact, navigate to Customer Centre and then select Customer Contact in the sub-headings.
Set-up
Once you select the relevant Merchant ID and toggle Turn on Customer Contact, a button will appear on your Blink Page and any Request A Payment PayLink you send. The customer will now be able to reach you at the email address you designate.
This option can be turned on or off by toggling the Turn on Customer Contact button.
