Customer contact


Overview

This feature enables customers to directly contact you about specific payments from the Blink page or Request a payment page.

Navigation

You can enable the customer contact feature by visiting the Customer contact page located under the Customer centre section in the left-hand side navigation menu.

Set-up

After selecting the relevant Merchant ID, you can turn on the Customer contact feature. This will enable a button on both your Blink page and any payment link that you send. Your designated email address is now available for customer communication.

To turn this feature on or off, simply toggle the Turn on Customer Contact button.
