Charges from our two acquiring banks could be one or more of the below:
1. Merchant Service Charges for transactions processed the previous month (usually charged on the same date every month).
2. PCI Compliance or Non-Compliance Fee (as above).
3. Chargebacks raised by customers (can be anytime).
