Overview

A Blink page is a public web page that can be accessed at any point by your customers. The page can be used for taking payments via card, open banking or direct debit; depending on if this has been set up on your account.

The Blink Page can be customised to your preference using the customiser, and each unique Blink Page can be managed using the My Blink Pages page.

Additional Blink Pages can be requested using the ‘Request a Blink Page’ button on the top left of the page.

Navigation

You can access this page by navigating to Customer Center on the navbar and selecting My Blink Pages.

How does it work?

The My Blink Pages page allows you to view all your current active Blink Pages on your account.

Each Blink Page active on your account will be listed on this page; each with if you edit your page by uploading a logo uploaded to it will display the logo and the background colour within the preview box, otherwise, it will display the default Blink logo in the preview but the Blink page will show without a logoand set a custom background colour, this will be visible in the page preview box, allowing you to distinguish between your Blink pages.

URL

Each listed Blink Page also has its name and the URL link listed. When the URL is selected, it will redirect to the live page. By choosing the copy button, you can copy and share the URL.

Get QR Code

There is also the option to generate a QR code for the Blink page. The QR code can then be used as a link to take customers directly to the page once the QR is scanned. Each Blink page has a unique code and can be downloaded as required.

Open To New Tab

The next option available is a button that will open the Blink page instantly in a new web tab, allowing you to bring up and preview the page immediately.

To edit your Blink page, you can select the ‘Edit Page’ button. This will then bring up the customiser for the Blink page, allowing you to edit the page's look and fields to how you wish. You can find more information on that here.

Additional Information

The information box also displays your merchant name assigned to the Blink Page and ID associated with the page. This can be useful if you have multiple pages to distinguish between various Blink Pages/accounts.

Additional Blink Pages

To create a second Blink Page, this will have to be sent to us as a request. This can be completed by selecting the ‘Request a Blink Page’ button on the top right of the page. This will then send a request to the Support Team. Once received, the team will create a new Blink page for you. We will be in contact once the page has been completed.
