Overview

This feature allows a customer to contact you about a specific payment directly from the payment page (Blink Page or Request A Payment) itself.

Navigation

To enable Customer Contact, navigate to Customer Centre and then select Customer Contact in the sub-headings.

Set-up

Once you select the relevant Merchant ID and toggle on Contact Box, A button will appear on your

blink page

Blink Page as well as on any Request A Payment PayLink you send. The customer

can fill in their query and it

will now be

sent

able to reach you at the email address

that

you designate

below

This option can be turned on or off at any time

Navigation

To enable Customer Contact, navigate to Customer Centre and then select Customer Contact in the sub-headings. It can also be navigated to by going to My Blink Pages and then selecting the Customer Contact tabby toggling the Contact Box.
