Overview

This feature allows a customer to contact you about a specific payment directly from the payment page (Blink Page or Request A Payment) itself.

Customer Contact


Navigation

To enable Customer Contact, navigate to Customer Centre and then select Customer Contact in the sub-headings.

Set-up

Once you select the relevant Merchant ID and toggle on Contact Box, A button will appear on your Blink Page as well as on any Request A Payment PayLink you send. The customer will now be able to reach you at the email address you designate.

This option can be turned on or off at any time, by toggling the Contact Box.
