How does it work?

Using You can use the merchant filter located at the top of the page , you can select all or individual merchant accounts - which will then display the gateways and terminals linked to them. There are two separate sections for gateways and terminals. The terminals field displays information such as terminal type, name of the terminal, and to select specific merchant accounts or view all accounts. This will display the related gateways and terminals in two distinct sections.

The terminal section provides details such as the terminal name, its type, and the TID number. Next to the name of each terminal is a button labelled info which directs you to name, there is an "info" button that you can click to access the user guide for that specific particular terminal.

On the gateways section, you can find the name and logo of the gateway(s) in use.

On To report a fault for a terminal or gateway, look for the report fault button located on the far right of each field for terminals and gateways is a report fault button that displays . When you click on this button, a pop-up text box for you box will appear. You can use this box to explain the issue you are experiencing with that the specific terminal /or gateway. Once we receive the fault has been receivedreport, our support team will reach out to youget in touch with you to assist you further.
