How does it work?

Using the merchant filter at the top of the page, you can select all or individual merchant accounts - which will then display the gateways and terminals linked to them.

There are two separate sections for gateways and terminals. The terminals field displays information such as terminal type, name of the terminal, and TID number. Next to the name of each terminal is a button labelled info which directs you to the user guide for that specific terminal.

On the gateways section, you can find the name and logo of the gateway(s) in use.

On the far right of each field for terminals and gateways is a report fault button that displays a pop-up text box for you to explain the issue you are experiencing with that specific terminal/gateway. Once the fault has been received, our support team will reach out to you.
