Overview
The customiser allows you to fully personalise your Blink Page(s) and your Merchant Shop for each MID. Changes in your Merchant Shop affect Requested Payments (PayLinks) and the “Take a Payment” page (card types and currencies)
Both cosmetic changes and functional settings can be edited using the customiserNavigation
Go to Customer Centre then CustomiserAccess the Customiser in the Customer centre. Alternatively, you can find this page by selecting edit click "edit" on the My Blink Pages pages page for the Blink Page that you wish to edit. desired Blink page.

Merchant shop settings
Any update within changes made to these settings will apply to any payment taken with this Shop. This includes both payment settings (i.e. card types and currencies) and visual customisation (i.e. receipt logo and footers)all payments made in this shop, including payment methods and currencies, as well as visual customisations like the logo and footer on the receipt.

A Merchant Shopshop is the MID (e.g. 123456 - My Shopshop) that you select when processing a payment; these changes will therefore . Any changes made to this will be reflected on the Blink Page, Request a Paymentpayment, Take a Payment payment and Batch Paymentspayments. |
Add
logo
To add your company's logo to your shop,
start by selecting the relevant shop
. Then, click on the "Add
logo" icon.
This will prompt you to upload an image.
After the image is uploaded, click on Update
to add the
logo across the payment options within
the Merchant
shop.
You can
use any image type
such as PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF
and any size you want. However,
we recommend keeping it to 200px x 200px for the best results.

Colourcolour
The Change ColourColor icon gives allows you the option to change modify the background colour of your Blink Shop. Click on the icon , and choose a colour color from the options providedavailable. You can choose either select a colour color or manually enter the RGB values manually.

will find two areas: payment settings and receipt settings.
Under the payment settings tab, you can change various payment settings, such as the currencies your shop accepts (if applicable).

contact our support team for assistance if you need to add more currencies. Once your additional currencies have been added, you can turn them ON or OFF for each merchant shop as needed. |
Choose which card logos you would like to display. Contact our support team if you want to change the cards you accept.
In the receipt settings tab, you can:
In the Receipt setting tab, you have the ability to add a custom footer and phone number that will appear at the bottom of receipts for your merchant shop. The email address you enter in this section will be used to send receipts by default. However, it's important to note that you can override this email address with the receipts options under Payment
preferences within the My
account section.
You can redirect your customer after completing their payment use the Receipt redirect URL to redirect customers to a website of your choice using the Receipt Redirect URL. You can even after completing their payment. Additionally, you can set a time frame from completion to for the redirection using the Receipt Redirect Timeoutredirect timeout (in seconds).
Make sure you click on Save within the merchant shop settings and Update when you are back on the general customiser page.

Settings for individual Blink

These settings are specifically for the individual blink pages specifically, not for their parent merchant shops. If you have multiple Blink Pages, you You can amend and select individual pages by clicking on more if you have multiple Blink Pages.

Banner
Similar to the logoOpening Hours
This feature allows you to display your business hours to customers. To do so, simply click on the "Openings hours" icon and input the hours you are available. Additionally, you can also add your contact details such as email and phone number so that customers can easily reach out to you.

To add a banner to the footer of your Blink page
, click on the 'Add a Banner' icon and
upload an image.
You can upload any image type (PNG, JPG, JPEG, GIF) and any size,
but we
suggest keeping it
at 610px x 140px.
Once you have uploaded the image, click on the 'Update' button. If you want to change or remove the banner
Opening Hours
This feature shows customers when you are open and available. Click the icon (toggle on Openings Hours) and input the desired times to add opening hours. You can also add your contact details here (email and phone number) so customers know how to reach you.

Modify Fields
These settings allow you to customise the settings of each of the fields on your blink page, significantly improving your ability to keep track of your payments in the best way possible for your business.
Visibility
If the reference or description fields are not needed, you can hide these fields.
Required
You can select which fields you require the customer to fill in, you can do so anytime. You can also change or remove the banner.
