Navigation
To enable Customer Contact, navigate to Customer Centre and then select Customer Contact in the sub-headingsa payment page.

You can enable the customer contact feature by visiting the Customer contact page located under the Customer centre section in the left-hand side navigation menu.
Set-up
Once you select After selecting the relevant Merchant ID and toggle on Contact Box, A button will appear on your Blink Page as well as on any Request A Payment PayLink you send. The customer will now be able to reach you at the email address you designate.This option can be turned on or off at any time, by toggling the Contact Box, you can turn on the Customer contact feature. This will enable a button on both your Blink page and any payment link that you send. Your designated email address is now available for customer communication.
To turn this feature on or off, simply toggle the Turn on Customer Contact button.
