Overview

A Blink page is a

public

secure web page

where your customers can pay you via secure card payments. You can send the link to anyone, who can then pay you straight away, or you can even send your customers your blink pages' unique QR code for them to scan with their smartphone camera. You can request us for a new blink page. You also have the option to edit your Blink pages.

that is unique to your business and allows you to collect payments. Your customers can access it at any time.

You can give your customers various payment options, such as open banking, cards, and Direct Debit. If you want to add more payment options, you can chat with the support team.

You can also customise your Blink page to match your branding by using the customiser page. If you need additional Blink pages, you can request them by using the 'Request a Blink Page' button located on the top left of the page.

Navigation

You can access this page by navigating to the Customer Centre centre on the navbar then underneath it select left-hand navigation bar and selecting My Blink Pagespages.

How does it work?

Firstly, you can send to us a request for a new Blink page by clicking on Request A Blink Page, which opens up a pop-up window for you to confirm this request. You can find listed all your Blink pages with their MID and a preview of their logo on the left of each panel. Underneath the name of the Blink page you can find its URL and next to it is a ‘copy URL’ icon, when clicked, it copies the URL to your clipboard - you are now ready to paste it where ever you wish and can now send it to your customers. You can send to your customers the QR code for your Blink page by clicking on Get QR Code which then presents to you your QR code underneath, you then have the option to download it or scan it yourself. You can easily view your Blink page by clicking on Open In New Tab. If you wish to customise your Blink page then simply click on Edit Page - this will direct you to the Customiser page.

The My Blink pages page lets you see all the Blink pages currently active on your account.

You will find a list of all the active pages on this page. If you have customised a page by uploading a logo or setting a custom background colour, you can see these changes in the page preview box. This will help you differentiate between your Blink pages easily.

Edit page

Each Blink page has a name and URL link. Clicking the URL redirects to the live page. Copy and share the URL using the copy button.

It is possible to create a QR code for the Blink page. When the QR code is scanned, it will take customers directly to the page. Each Blink page has a unique code and can be downloaded as needed.

You can edit your Blink page by selecting the Edit page button. From there you can customize the page's appearance, settings, and fields to your liking.

The next button instantly opens the Blink page in a new tab, allowing for immediate preview.

Additional information

The information box shows your merchant name for the Blink page and the Gateway merchant ID associated with it.

Additional Blink pages

To request an additional Blink page, you can use the "Request a Blink page" button at the top right of the page. When you click the button, a request will be sent to the Support Team who will then create a new Blink page for you. After the page has been completed, we will get in touch with you.
