Overview

A Blink page is a

public

secure web page

where your customers can pay you via secure Card Payments, Open Banking or Direct Debit. You can send the link to anyone, who can then pay you straight away, or you can even send your customers your blink pages' unique QR code for them to scan with their smartphone camera. You are able to have multiple Blink Pages, for additional, these can be requested on the 'My Blink Pages page. You also have the option to edit your Blink pages within our customiser page.

that is unique to your business and allows you to collect payments. Your customers can access it at any time.

You can give your customers various payment options, such as open banking, cards, and Direct Debit. If you want to add more payment options, you can chat with the support team.

You can also customise your Blink page to match your branding by using the customiser page. If you need additional Blink pages, you can request them by using the 'Request a Blink Page' button located on the top left of the page.

Navigation

You can access this page by navigating to the Customer Centre centre on the navbar then underneath it select left-hand navigation bar and selecting My Blink Pagespages.

How does it work?

From this page

You will find a list of all the active pages on this page. If you have customised a page by uploading a logo or setting a custom background colour, you can

view the Blink Page QR code which can be scanned by customers to access the page, as well as the option to view the page in a new tab to preview what the live page looks like. You also have the ability to customise the Blink page to look how you wish, as well as configure which fields should be completed by customers when completing transactions. This can be accessed by selecting ‘Edit Page’ for the Blink page you wish to customise. Requesting a new Blink Page can be done by selecting the Request button on the top right of the My Blink Pages page. This will then prompt a confirmation, which once accepted will send a request to us and we will be in contact once the page is completed.

Get QR code

Edit page

Each Blink page has a name and URL link. Clicking the URL redirects to the live page. Copy and share the URL using the copy button.

It is possible to create a QR code for the Blink page. When the QR code is scanned, it will take customers directly to the page. Each Blink page has a unique code and can be downloaded as needed.

You can edit your Blink page by selecting the Edit page button. From there you can customize the page's appearance, settings, and fields to your liking.

The next button instantly opens the Blink page in a new tab, allowing for immediate preview.

Additional information

The information box shows your merchant name for the Blink page and the Gateway merchant ID associated with it.

Additional Blink pages

To request an additional Blink page, you can use the "Request a Blink page" button at the top right of the page. When you click the button, a request will be sent to the Support Team who will then create a new Blink page for you. After the page has been completed, we will get in touch with you.
