If you change your address, you will have to inform Blink and your acquiring bank. In the following overview, we will take you through the requirements.

AIB Requirements

  • Proof of (new) address document dated within the past 3 months.

  • An email from yourself with the change of address request, include your merchant ID and trading name in the email's subject; please detail the request in the body of the email.

Example Email

Subject: ‘Merchant ID 01000000, trading as Account1234 – Change of Address Request.’

'Please change the address on the account for merchant ID 01000000, as soon as possible. Please find the proof of address attached.

Elavon Requirements

  • Proof of (new) address document dated within the past 3 months.

  • Please confirm in writing if this change is for:

    • Head Office Address

    • Trading Address

    • Chargeback Address
