Transactions the acquirer has approved authorisation but are not ready to be sent for settlement
Referred
Transactions the acquirer has referred for manual authorisation
Declined
Transactions the acquirer has declined authorisation
Reversed
Transactions where the acquirer has approved authorisation, but the authorisation was immediately reversed so as to not hold the cardholder's funds
Captured
Transactions the acquirer has approved and are ready to be sent for settlement
Tendered
Transactions the acquirer has requested to settle and the gateway is awaiting the outcome of said request
Accepted
Transactions the acquirer have accepted to settle
Deferred
Transactions the acquirer has been unable to settle due to a temporary problem. The gateway will automatically retry these, 4 times, once every 24 hour cycle.
Rejected
Transactions which have been rejected by the acquirer
Cancelled
Transactions the acquirer has approved but were subsequently cancelled before being sent for settlement
Finished
Transactions which have finished before reaching one of the other states, due to being invalid or incomplete
