Add Blink to your invoice

Once you have added Blink as your standard payment service it will be automatically applied to invoices using the template.

Fill in your invoice as required, and send it off.

 Manage Online Payments

Once added, Xero will automatically add a Pay Now button on the online invoice. You can then email the invoice to the customer who uses this button to pay you via the payment service. They don’t need to have a Xero login to do this.

In classic invoicing, you can do this from an approved invoice or a repeating invoice template. In new invoicing, do this from a draft or approved template.

 Invoice Example

Once clicked on Pay Now the customer will be linked to the online invoice, clicking once more on Pay Now will take them to the relevant Blink Page.

Reporting

Xero

When a customer pays you online, Xero marks the invoice as paid (you don't receive an alert or notification). Xero displays the transaction reference ID from the payment gateway in the transaction's Reference field.

Blink

Within Blink, you will be able to view the payments within the relevant payment methods under Reporting.
