If you’d like to change your trading name, please email support@blinkpayment.co.uk with your trading name and merchant ID mentioned in the subject line. The request for changing your trading name should be submitted in writing or via email, and it should be signed by a current company director.

Please note that we can update your trading name on our CRM system immediately. However, the bank requires additional processing time to complete the name change process.
