Schedule Reporting


Overview

Using your saved searches, you can schedule daily, weekly, monthly or custom reports to be emailed to you, making your reporting more efficient.

Use this as an overview of business performance or a detailed analysis of specific payments types daily.

Navigation

To set up a scheduled report, navigate to the Online Card Transactions tab under the Reporting tab on the left-hand navigation bar.

This Feature is currently only available on Online Card Transactions

Setting Up A Schedule

After selecting any filters on the Online Card Transactions page, you can save those parameters as a Saved search for future use.

Once you have saved a report, the Schedule Reports option will appear next to the Export to CSV button.

Once you click on Schedule Reports, a pop up will come up where you can select a saved report. Once selected, you can set the frequency and add the email to which you would like to send the report. Click Save Report to activate the scheduling.

Frequency

If you have chosen a daily schedule - the date filter will automatically be set to yesterday’s transactions, weekly is the last seven days, and monthly, the last 30 days or last month’s.

You can enter as many emails as you like; however, please note that the recipient needs a Blink account to access the report.

Please note date filters do not work when you schedule a report.

On the days you set your report to be sent, the email recipients will receive an email at 6 AM GMT/BST with a link to view the report. The link will open the blink reports page with the filtered results. You can then download the report by clicking Export to CSV.


Editing Scheduled Reports

Click Schedule Reports and pick the saved search you want to edit to change a schedule. The pop-up will prefill the schedule with what was set before. Change the schedule and click Save Reports.

You can also select saved searches, select a search and then edit the schedule button.

You can also create and edit schedules of saved reports by going on Saved Reports and clicking Edit Schedule.

Deleting reports?

Are you receiving a Blink Report that you want to delete? Not sure from which account the report is being sent? Take a look at the email itself. It starts with: "Hi there {username}"., The username is the name of the account which the report is originating from.
