Fidelipay to Blink Migration
We will soon be phasing out the old system, Fidelipay.
Â
How do I tell if I am still using Fidelipay?
The log in URL will be noted as: https://mms.fidelipay.co.uk/login
The top panels will look similar to this (depending on accessibility)
If you go to the Virtual Terminal, it appears like the below
Â
Â
How do I activate?
The main user will need to activate the Blink portal, before other users can be set up. The activation link will have come from no-reply@blinkpayment.co.uk or no-reply@blink3sixty.co.uk. Please make sure to check your junk! If you cannot see an activation link, please get in touch with our Support Team and we can re-send this over to you.
Â
Will my users carry over?
They unfortunately do not carry over, as the Blink users exist on a separate cloud.
However, there is far more control over the Users; they can be self-managed under the tab ‘Payment Operations’ followed by ‘User Preferences’
Â
What do the access tiers mean?
Please see page - User levels
Â
Can I have a list of my current Fidelipay users so I can set them up on Blink?
Absolutely! Please reach out to support@blinkpayment.co.uk and one of the team will send over a full list.
Â
Is there any extra cost?
There is no extra cost, you will remain on your current Fidelipay plan.
Â
What’s the difference?
Alongside a whole new look and feel, we have multiple additional methods of payment; to include:
Open Banking

Batch Payments
Customisable Blink Page
We have collated all of your relevant account information into Blink, to include:

Your listed assets such as Terminals/Gateways
Support Cases
We have given certain sections a complete overhaul:
Virtual Terminal
Pay links - can now be sent by email and SMS
Repeat Payments
Reporting
Â
Am I able to see my Fidelipay transactions in Blink?
Yes - the two are connected, so you will see all of your processed payments under ‘Transaction History’.
