Please note that the availability of short-term rentals may vary depending on our current stock.

Leasing period:
The minimum leasing period is one month.

Timeframe:
While we require a minimum notice of 2 weeks, we would greatly appreciate it if our clients could provide us with 4 weeks’ notice, if possible.

Damages:
If a terminal is returned with damage, we may need to retain your deposit to cover the necessary repairs.
If a terminal is lost, we kindly request a lost terminal fee of £300 + VAT to help us cover the replacement cost.

Pricing and Models:
All rental costs are non-inclusive of VAT, there is no VAT charged on the deposit.

Hard-Wired Terminal
Non-portable
During the setup, we will configure the terminal based on the type of connection you have: Ethernet or phone line. Please confirm which one you have.
Monthly fee: £70
Deposit: £180
3G OR WiFi/Bluetooth terminal
Portable
Can be moved across a site, given there is a suitable connection method available
Monthly fee: £90
Deposit: £180

Confirmation and payment
To kickstart your short-term rental experience with Blink, please confirm the following details via email to support@blinkpayment.co.uk:
1. Your preferred terminal model
2. The duration of your rental
3. The delivery address
4. Your agreement to our policy

Once we receive your confirmation, we'll swiftly generate an invoice and send you a secure payment link for your convenience.
Upon successful payment of your invoice, our terminal setup process will commence, and you can anticipate delivery within just one week.
Return
When it's time to wrap up your rental, please contact us to arrange the return process. We'll ensure that your return is hassle-free and arrange it through DPD for your convenience.
